You retain ownership of your content.

However, by submitting content, you grant MiniSeries.AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Display

Stream

Promote

Distribute

Feature

your MiniSeries on the platform and in marketing.

5. User Responsibility

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

You own or control all rights to the content

You have all necessary licenses, permissions, and releases

Your content does not infringe any third-party rights

You are solely responsible for your content, including:

AI-generated elements

Music

Visual assets

Voice or likeness

6. AI Content Disclosure

You acknowledge that:

Content may be created using AI tools

You are responsible for ensuring such content complies with applicable laws

MiniSeries.AI is not responsible for:

Copyright disputes

Ownership conflicts

AI-related legal claims

7. Prohibited Content

MiniSeries.AI is a family-safe platform.

You may NOT submit content that includes:

🚫 Adult / Sexual Content

Pornography or explicit sexual material

Nudity intended for sexual arousal

Fetish or exploitative content

🚫 Harmful / Illegal Content

Violence intended to shock or disturb

Abuse, harassment, or threats

Illegal activity or promotion of crime

🚫 Disturbing / Offensive Content

Graphic gore or extreme horror

Content that is excessively disturbing or “shock content”

Content that violates community moral standards

🚫 Intellectual Property Violations

Content you do not own

Copyrighted material without permission

Use of likeness without consent

🚫 Misleading / Deceptive Content

Deepfakes used to deceive

Impersonation

False claims or scams

8. Right to Refuse or Remove Content

MiniSeries.AI reserves the right to:

Reject any submission

Remove content at any time

Suspend or terminate accounts

For any reason, including:

Violation of these Terms

Content that does not align with platform values

Content deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or harmful

This is at our sole discretion

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MiniSeries.AI and its owners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your content

Your use of the platform

Any violation of these Terms

10. Limitation of Liability

MiniSeries.AI shall not be liable for:

Content submitted by users

Any damages resulting from platform use

Loss of data, revenue, or reputation

Use the platform at your own risk.

11. Termination
